Education

THAT YOU MAY FIND YOUR WAY TO BE COUNTED AMONG GOD'S AMAZING DISCIPLES....
Sunday school is held, one room style, for children ages 4-6th grade. Our remaining classes for this school year are scheduled for March 15, April 19 and May 17 from 10-11:30, during which time two bible stories will be taught the children. A take home lesson will be provided for your family to spend time in the Bible around your table. On March 28, April 25 and May 30 KNAC (see below) will convene during our Saturday 5pm worship. During each class gathering, children will join you in worship and after a children's message head off for their learning time.

Confirmation - This is a two year teaching ministry of the Lutheran Church to help build solid and life-difference faith into the lives of our youth. The typical age of participants is 7th - 9th grade. Older youth may also participate. Currently we gather on one Sunday afternoon each month 1-4pm, and in cooperation with three other area Lutheran Churches, meet at various locations.

Have you got the KNAC? Kids Night At Church...One Saturday each month, children are invited to join their families at the 5pm jam band led worship. During worship, the children are invited to be part of an "informal band" and accompany the music. The Pastor will invite the children to join him in the Bible story then go off with an adult to work on a service project.  After worship- fun, fellowship and food for the kids and "kids at heart." The lobby and our indoor recreation area is wide open for spontaneous children and adult activity.

Sunday School
Our next Sunday class time is scheduled for Oct. 1 with lessons focused on King David the musician and his battle with Goliath. Parents: Please use the sign up sheet to indicate your child’s participation in worship leadership during KNAC, Oct. 21

KNAC (Kids Night At Church) resumes for the year on Saturday Oct. 22. Pizza and drink will be provided after worship. Please bring a dish of food to share with others around the table
